Bio Page - Keertana Anne

Hi, my name's Keertana, I'm a GP Trainee and one of the article writers for SimpleMed. I initially got involved with SimpleMed as a way to boost my portfolio, but realised it had an amazing potential to boost the learning of both myself and other medical students.

When I’m not busy sobbing over my workload, I love cooking and finding new recipes - and also watching the same sitcoms I’ve seen hundreds of times before on repeat. I’ve also got a special interest in medical education (hence the involvement with SimpleMed!) and spend a lot of my weekends presenting and teaching aspiring medical students at national conferences all over the country.

I chose GP training because I value broad clinical practice, education and the opportunity to support patients over time.
